Exchanges & returns
If the item still has all the labels, has not yet been worn or washed and has only been tried on over another pair of panties for hygiene reasons, the item may be exchanged or returned.
It must be sent in its original packaging and condition to the following address:

- The cancellation of the ordered items is possible within 30 days after delivery of the goods.

In order to avoid customs charges again, please provide the necessary additional documents with the packaging. We will send you all the necessary information by email.
The refund will usually be made within 10 working days of receipt and confirmation of your return , using the payment method you chose when purchasing the goods.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you the tracking number and the corresponding shipping service provider. You can use this data to view the current status of your delivery on the respective websites of the shipping service providers.

The outer packaging is kept neutral , the delivery is sent in neutral-colored boxes without a logo .
If you are not at home when delivery is made, the shipping service provider will leave a message informing you of the attempted delivery.
In this notification, the delivery person notes:
- the day on which he will attempt to deliver the goods again or
- that he has handed the package over to a third party in the immediate vicinity (neighbor, caretaker, etc.) against signature or
- indicates the information about the deposit of the package in the distribution center. You can pick up the package there by presenting your ID.

This is due to the different regulations on taxes and customs duties, which vary in many places.
- For shipments within the EU VAT area, the prices include individual taxes.
- For shipments outside this area, the net prices are shown, excluding applicable taxes and duties. These are then calculated individually in the respective recipient country.
- Individual customs and tax agreements apply per country.
- Within the VAT area of the European Union , the prices include the VAT of the delivery country.
- Outside the European Union , we calculate net prices because the buyer is responsible for taxes and customs duties in their own country
Size
- The hip circumference is decisive for determining the size of the thongs .
- The chest circumference is decisive for determining the size of the kimono , as the kimono falls in a wider A-line below the chest.
- The decisive factor for determining the bikini top is the bra cup and cup size
Care
If a stitch in a seam breaks, it is important to close the stitch immediately by hand. To ensure the elasticity of our ribbons, we sew with a chain stitch. However, the chain stitch has the disadvantage that if one stitch breaks, the entire seam can unravel.
- Ideally hand wash at max. 30 degrees. Under no circumstances should you put it in the dryer or iron it.
- Alternatively, it is also possible to wash the thongs in a separate laundry net at a maximum of 30 degrees on a delicate wash . Under no circumstances should you put it in the dryer or iron it .
- Please do not use fabric softener .
- The kimono should be washed at 30 degrees on a delicate wash in a separate laundry net .

Chlorine, saltwater, and sweat can damage the elastane fibers in your bikini. To extend the life of your bikini, we recommend the following care steps:
Rinsing: Rinse your bikini thoroughly with clear water immediately after wearing to remove chlorine and salt residues.
Washing: Ideally, wash your bikini by hand at a maximum of 30 degrees. Alternatively, you can also wash your bikini in a separate wash bag at a maximum of 30 degrees in the delicate cycle of your washing machine. Use a mild detergent and avoid using fabric softener to preserve the elasticity.
Drying: Air dry the bikini. Do not use the dryer and do not iron the bikini to avoid damaging the fibers.

We only used high-quality materials:
- fine embroidery mostly from Switzerland and Italy ,
- elastic fabrics from Italy ,
- Jewelry from Europe (France, Spain, Italy,…) partly with Swarovski elements .
